Rob Moore brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience spanning Federal Government Services, Aviation, and Defense. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held senior leadership roles at respected organizations including Metrea, M1 Support Services, VSE Corporation, DynCorp, BAE Systems, and ARINC. His background reflects a consistent ability to lead complex organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and operational excellence. 

Known for his strategic mindset and results-driven leadership style, Moore has overseen multi-billion-dollar portfolios, led successful mergers and acquisitions, and driven international business development initiatives across global markets. His experience includes strengthening operational performance, expanding business pipelines, improving win rates, and delivering measurable financial results, all while building high-performing teams and strong organizational cultures.
