Chief Executive Officer
Rob Moore
Rob Moore is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in Federal Government Services, Aviation, and Defense. As CEO of A2G International, Moore brings a legacy of business transformation, operational excellence, and strategic growth across global markets.
Mr. Moore’s career is distinguished by his ability to lead complex organizations through change and growth initiatives. Prior to joining A2G, he held senior leadership roles at Metrea, M1 Support Services, VSE Corporation, S&K Technologies, DynCorp International, PAE, BAE Systems, and ARINC. His expertise spans profit and loss management, mergers and acquisitions, international business development, and building high-performing teams.
Throughout his career, Mr. Moore has overseen multi-billion-dollar portfolios, led successful M&A strategies, and driven operational improvements that resulted in increased win rates, expanded business pipelines, and enhanced financial performance. He is recognized for his transformational leadership, mentoring staff, and fostering cultures of innovation and growth.
Mr. Moore holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University, a Bachelor of Science in Management and Technology from University of Maryland University College. He has completed executive leadership programs at Cornell University and George Washington University.

Chief Operating Officer
Scott McPhee
Scott McPhee is the visionary behind A2G International. In his role as COO, he is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and analysis for A2G’s CONUS and OCONUS programs and assets. He also supports corporate growth and strategy by identifying new technology and cutting-edge advancements that can be implemented by A2G to lead the aerospace industry in effects based global operations.
Mr. McPhee has previously served as a subject matter expert for the US Government responsible for assisting in the deployment of Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities worldwide.
He is also a veteran with more than 21 years of military service specializing in air to ground integration, strategic and tactical operations. Over the course of his career, he has held key leadership positions serving the special operations community and United States Air Force.
Mr. McPhee holds a degree for Bachelor of Science in Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis along with a PMP certification.
